We like the fact that the Apple Shed of today had agricultural beginnings. It was initially built, owned & operated by Danish brothers Jacob C. and Rolf A. Jacobsen. Sited next to one of the busiest railroad lines in the country, the shed was first built in the late 1930's, burned down twice and rebuilt each time.
